Insurance provided under the Bader insurance program covers your storage unit in case of loss or damage to your stored goods from fire, lightning, windstorm, hail, the weight of ice, snow or sleet, the collapse of a building, smoke, or water damage (except for flood), vandalism, malicious mischief, or burglary.

If you choose the Bader Insurance option, you can purchase as little as $2,000 or as much as $20,000 of coverage.
